SHAGHEL is looking for creators across Lebanon. We’re building Lebanon’s first job marketplace, and we want creative people to help tell the story. Your role is simple: create and post original TikToks, Reels or other social content about SHAGHEL from your own perspective. You get paid based on the organic views your content generates. The more your content performs, the more you earn. No fixed posting hours. No office. No need for a massive following. We care about content people actually want to watch. We’ll provide ideas, key messages and brand material when needed, but creators will have freedom to make the content feel native to their audience.
Requirements
• Based in Lebanon or creating primarily for a Lebanese audience • Comfortable creating short-form video content • Active on TikTok and/or Instagram • Creative, authentic and able to communicate naturally on camera • Understands Lebanese social media culture and trends • Content must generate genuine organic views, with no purchased or artificial engagement
