Hassoun Travel is looking for a motivated Travel Consultant & Ticketing Agent to join our team. The selected candidate will assist clients with their travel requirements, prepare quotations, issue flight tickets, arrange hotels and travel packages, and provide professional customer service before and during the trip. Main Responsibilities: - Handle flight reservations and ticketing - Prepare travel quotations and packages - Book hotels, transfers, tours and travel services - Assist customers through WhatsApp, phone and in-office inquiries - Follow up with clients and suppliers - Handle ticket changes, reissues and refunds - Maintain organized client and reservation records - Support sales and help convert inquiries into bookings
Requirements
- Previous experience in a travel agency is preferred - Knowledge of Amadeus and/or Sabre is a strong advantage - Good English and Arabic communication skills - Good computer and Microsoft Office skills - Strong communication and customer-service skills - Organized and detail-oriented - Able to work under pressure - Sales-oriented and comfortable dealing with customers - Reliable, professional and willing to learn
