This is a flexible, remote opportunity that allows you to earn by introducing legitimate businesses and employers to Lebanon’s job marketplace. You earn US$4 for every approved business referral. A referral becomes approved when the business: 1. Is new to SHAGHEL. 2. Creates its employer account through your referral. 3. Completes its company profile. 4. Publishes its first genuine job opening. 5. Passes SHAGHEL’s verification. There is no fixed schedule. You decide how many businesses you want to approach. What you can earn • 10 approved referrals = $40 • 25 approved referrals = $100 • 50 approved referrals = $200 • 100 approved referrals = $400 Additional rewards • Receive a Founding Member badge after 10 approved referrals. • Join the SHAGHEL partner leaderboard. • Receive ready-to-use outreach messages and referral material. • Get priority consideration for future paid projects and opportunities with SHAGHEL. • Top performers may be invited to interview for full-time roles with our team. What you’ll do • Introduce SHAGHEL to business owners and employers. • Explain how they can create a company profile and post jobs for free. • Share your assigned referral instructions with interested businesses. • Follow up until the business completes its profile and publishes its first job. • Communicate accurately and professionally. A business can only count once. Existing SHAGHEL businesses, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fake businesses, unauthorized accounts and false or copied job postings will not be approved.
